How Bihar is Different from other states in Democracy If you consider last 30 year in Bihar,We can't say every thing get changed but much changes can be seen. First and foremost thing is Road connection and bridges. In last 15 year,Roads were constructed specially the national high ways. It increases transportation facility which results better opportunity for the small scale businessman and Farmers. Second most important thing is great reduction in loot and murder. If you go through any article before 2005 you will see murder murder and murder, we can't say it's vanished but yeah now it's rare now a days. You couldn't move out to one place to another after 6 PM specially in winter season. You can't cross one bridges late evening not because of ghost sir but because of the looters. Still a lot to go.
